Lifeline Communications began in 1981 as a formal business, when AT&T divested from N.Y. Telephone. A tremendous need evolved for clear consumer information. Lifeline Communications then launched a rigorous campaign of providing the consumer with all their available options; jacks and cabling. Installation of telephone systems, voice mail and other ancillary devices increased rapidly.

We initially serviced our local community and then expanded outwards. While there are ample opportunities for business here on Long Island, we now also provide timely service to the entire Metro area. We maintain all types of phone systems including Comdial, Avaya, Panasonic and Toshiba. Our service contracts are reasonably priced and we guarantee expedient service.

Although we have expanded considerably, Lifeline has remained true to its original objective of supporting all our customers, large and small. We do not merely sell a product, we back it up with our knowledgeable installation and maintenance team. Even before installation, we discuss all of the available features and then customize your system. After installation, we provide extensive training ensuring that everyone is capable of utilizing the benefits of their telephones. A new phone system can be a nightmare when not operating properly.
